Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is a Universal Life-Force that is guided by the Higher Consciousness and as such it can never do harm. It is used as a healing modality for restoring, harmonizing and balancing your mind, body and spirit. It helps to reduce stress, anxiety and fear that originate from a deep emotional trauma, hence promoting a better sleep, improved mood and relief of emotional and physical pain. It restores self-esteem, confidence and feeling of self-worthiness that leads to a better and more fulfilled life because your outer world is a reflection of your inner world: if your inner world is in chaos so that your outer circumstances are, and vice versa – if you become at peace, joy and gratitude inside then your outer circumstances will shift.

Irene Erin Aslin is an attuned Reiki Master & Energy Healer dedicated to helping you to understand and release your energy blockages, raise your vibrations, improve your emotional, mental and physical well-being as well as expand your consciousness, increase spiritual awareness and personal growth to ultimately lead a more fulfilled and joyful life. 
Reiki session is about 1 hour long. During a Reiki session, Irene will place her hands on or just above your body conducting the universal energy from her arms and out through her hands where it flows to your body. Everything - in our body and in the Universe - is in a constant state of vibration. When the weaker of the two vibrating objects comes in contact with the stronger vibrating object, it usually has a tendency to adjust to the stronger vibration, which is Reiki. The Reiki energy will go where it's needed, like a light that will make your body aware of the stagnant energy that doesn't serve it. Irene serves as a conduit of the Universal Life-Force energy, hence it's not her who decides what needs to be released or when but the wisdom of your body-mind does. That's why it's important to come to your Reiki session with the open mind and heart, trusting the process.
Your Reiki session will be conducted in a safe, quiet space. Irene's also using crystals that assist in chakra clearing, and in emotional, physical and spiritual healing.
