Each session begins by identifying the primary issue or concern you would like to address. Through deep relaxation, light hypnosis, intuitive guidance, and focused energy work, you are guided to connect more deeply with yourself and access subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, or energetic imbalances that may be connected to the issue.

As these underlying patterns are brought into awareness, the session focuses on releasing what no longer serves you and restoring greater balance and harmony on the emotional, energetic, and spiritual levels.

Because this work is focused and individualized, one primary issue or concern is typically addressed per session.
Intuitive Guidance
As a Claircognizant Intuitive (direct knowing), Irene incorporates intuitive guidance into each session, connecting with your Higher Self and Spirit Guides to help bring deeper awareness to subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, and unresolved experiences that may be influencing your present life. This guidance supports the process of recognizing underlying patterns, releasing what no longer serves you, and creating space for greater balance and transformation.
